Having tried every malware scanner, posted my hijack this log and checked for viruses and followed all past offers of help, my PC is still freezing up. It seems to do it only when connected to the internet, and always when I try to look at video's, ie You Tube etc
I'm using a BT Voyager 100 modem, I've had a word with AOL and they are going to send me a wireless router. I'm hoping this is the problem.
Does anyone have any other ideas as to what the problem could be?
