Webuser Forums: IE 7

Hi all, I seem to have lost IE7 when I click on the IE Icon I get a page heading "Cusomise your setting MSN Optimized Internet Explorer 7 then there are 5 options to choose settings from then a box to save settings then 3 more boxes to choose from I have run through all this and clicked on the last option save settings a message appears to confirm settins are being saved then after a hour nothing has happened
There are no other taskbars at the top of pages except the Tools option and Favouyrites
I have tried to enter other search engine using internet options such as Google (for exaample) which works until I close google again, then it returns to the MSN page mentiond at start no matter what search engine I try it makes no diiferenc.
IE7 is not in Add/remove and I have done a search and some scans for it but found nothing. No problems found with my Ant virus progrsms either.
Hope someone can help me out as its driving me crackers trying different methods
