To delete a network connection, simply right click and select delete.

See here for instructions on making a new one.

Before you do that though, can you tell me your IP settings please.

Click Start, then Run and type cmd to bring up a command window.

Then type ipconfig /all.

Post the following:

IP Address:
DNS Servers:

Does this machine have any other user accounts?
