When you installed TescoNet it customised your IE front page to indicate that your ISP was TescoNet. Virtually all the large ISP's do that when you install from their CD's. There is software available to remove that customisation and bring IE back to it's pristine state. (Somebody out there will probably have an address for you.) Normally when you move to a new ISP you don't need to do a full install so the IE front page stays the same. As you change your ISP you will normally create a new dialup connection and this will put you in touch with their server. The fact that IE says it belongs to TescoNet doesn't matter because your new ISP is in fact providing the service.
