Accessing Post Office free webspace.

Is anyone using Post office Broadband & used their free webspace yet?
My Dad has uploaded a website to his, the files have uploaded OK and are where they should be. When you type the web address in as given on the Post office info page you just get a URL not found on server message.
He has phoned them and they said they were having difficulty with this & someone is working on it, but it's been a week or so now. Everything else is working fine, & I just wondered if anyone else was having the same trouble?
