Hello I am very new to these boards so please forgive me if I express this wrong. I'm sure I'll soon get the hang of it. We updated our McAfee last November to McAfee Total Protection 12 in 1. We are running Windows XP SP2. Our problem is we are now having difficulty in opening Outlook Express. It seems as though as time goes by and more and more updates are downloaded for McAfee the worse the problem gets. Sometimes it takes aprrox. 12, 13, 14, 15 attempts to get into our emails. Both my husband and I share the computer and we both have difficulty. We think it is possibly the firewall rather than O/Express and therefore have lowered the security setting but it still does not allow us to open Outlook Express everytime. However, we're worried now regarding viruses etc. should the firewall setting be so low. If anyone knows the answer we would be VERY grateful as this is becoming a big headache.
