ISP coming under some pressure

This is a simpllified version of whats going on, it also affects playstation and xboxes, and people have not realised it's the ISP causing their problem and think it's their console.
Further to this, obviously, it impacts on things like BBC iPlayer which has also gone mainstream.
All the links and information is there, together with a 300 name list of affected gaming users from one online mmorph.
It's easy enough to research and is an eyeopener on some other issues too.
