As you've probably guessed , the likely cause/start of your problems. Being unable to access the control panel is a strong sign the trojan/spyware issue is not fully cleared.
With respect , a self fix is not the best way. This forum has trained malware experts who deal with this type of thing on a daily basis. To get the right help please go to the... hijackthis forum...and read... TheFatControlleR's ...post for instructions on how to post a log. If you then post a log in that forum , along with a brief description of your problem , an expert will come along and check things out for you .
