The only firwall I use is ZoneAlarm Free version. I'm not sure how to change anything on the router itself as is just came with a Tiscali disk but no other instructions. I've read about an IP address for the router but I don't know what that is or how to find it? When I set it up with the cable all I got was Network name: SpeedTouchxxxxxx and a password but I don't know what this means?
Sorry I hate sounding completely rubbish but as I've never used one I have no idea what I'm doing. I've gone back to the old 330 for now.
