If it’s present, the third-party firewall is the likely culprit or perhaps your neighbours are taking advantage of an unsecured wireless network. I suppose the router could be faulty.
Incidentally, I only use the router firewall together with the Windows one.
Experiment with the firewall off and set up the wireless security.
