I've done some searche on Google etc but I still need some assitance on the following issue.
Over the past week my PC as been having problems starting up. I've had the dreaded Blue Screen of Death countless time and I've had to reboot in safe mode via system restore. At the moment I have had to restore to a date in the middle of December. Nothing new as been added recently so unsure that it is a hardware problem. I have saved my work onto disks and I have decided the best action is to return the PC to factory settings. I have a Master DVD ready to return my PC to factory settings. My question is How do I go about using the DVD to reet to Factory settings? Can I run the DVD now or do I need to restart my PC? If so what is the procedure?
