no connectivity

hi,

today we had a dip in power. the lights dipped and all pc's in the house re-started.

my pc came back fine but my girls has a problem. it tells her she has 'limited or no connectivity'.

we have a sky netgear router and ive tried all ways to get her connected again.

any ideas?
