windows limited user account - internet access

Hi,

This is my first post so please be gentle with me.

All limited users on my computer are unable to access the internet.
When doing so an error message appears and immediately the internet access shuts down.
This started to occur shortly after purchasing and downloading norton360.

Is anyone able to offer a fix for this problem.
