Right click a Favorite > Properties > The address should be highlighted by default in IE, so either Ctrl +C or Right click > Copy
Firefox has the name of the Favorite highlighted so you'll have to move down to the address.

Open Notepad > Ctrl + V or Right click or Edit > Paste.
