CCleaner Easy cleaner Heads Up/ re:Registry Cleaning
      Sat Dec 29 2007 10:27 PM

Maybe this is a 1-off?

I had installed the MicroSoft Rail Simulator Progam .Plays well bar some Issue loading Scenarios (Misload?)
So I decided to reinstall .
But NO JOY! the Uninstall Wizard I found later is Very slow
So I dragged and Dropped the Entire Rail Simulator folder into the Recycle Bin deleted that then ran CCleaner on the Registry cleaner Found 1200 Files to go

Usually that does the trick
However I started the reinstall ,and No Registration Code page came up...Weird? Yet the Program reinstalled
Went for a start . Nothing not even an error message

Repeated the reinstall /CCleaner routine .Same Thing!!

3rd go Did the delete ect but instead of reinstalling I opened Regedit ...Must be nothing left here?

Types "Rail Simulator" as a search and There are countless Files still in situ in the Registry

So How can they still in existence when CCleaner "says" theres nothing!

Am Going to try EasyCleaner(ToniArts) to see if that removes the pests?
all 1200 of them !!

I think this is the First time CCleaner has not worked well

Installed and Ran Easycleaner (I found Some more Items Both in the Registry and Elsewhere)
Yet it too ignores those Rail simulator Registry entries!

Where in the registry can I find the Code stored to permit Installing legally? If I can delet that file then theres a chance it will Install and Play OK?
