The control referred to is normally in something called "Zones" or similar. If you have one PC set to high, then it is doing its job by making it invisible to others.Also, if you have a wireless Router, there is probably a security setting which says "Hide wireless network" again, this is doing its job, but stops your PCs recognising esch other when configuring.
