Additional USB 2.0 card

Can anyone advise me on the correct 2.0 usb card to install onto my Dell Dimension 3000 ? I want to do away with my old 4 way hub which is not 2.0, and have looked around a few sites and they are all reasonably priced. I would like something which would not require me in the future to fit a hub outwith the carcase. At present there are two slots on the unit. Thanks.
