slipstream using nLite

Hi,

I tried to follow the magazine slipstreaming using nLite:

I followed everything as was suggested.
However, I am left with a combined xp + sp2 @ 768mb.
As A cd only holds 700mb. I am unable to burn the combination.

No where does it say>- compress product?

I have an XP Proffesional OEM! Could it be that it contains sp1?and if so, how do I remove it!

If not, how do I compress the file?
