Best site for hosting a free forum!

well i plan on starting a forum. I have noticed loads of free sites out there but can anyone recommend one? Would like quite a bit of customization. Also no max limit on posts a day. I have seen some that have a limit of 250 a day.

Any help appreciated, thanks.
