I do apologise! Im not that computer litrate... I did as you asked, I did previously do as you mentioned, but none of it seem's to make any sence, Ive tried to use microsoft 100 times over to find this fault and find the answer myself, I feel as though I'm working in the dark with this one, I keep working in circle's, frustrated is'nt the word!! thankyou again.
