Error message

When my wife starts her PC,she gets the following
message:Keyhook.exe-entry point not found.
The procedure entry point ?readkey String@csis Reg
@@sahpadonopauhkey_@K@z could not be located in the
dynamic link library SiSbase dll.
Im at a loss as to what its trying to tell us.Any help
on this one please.O/S W XP home.
