my vista machine is 2 days old. having been driven paranoid by trying to keep my xp machine 'clean' from nastys i was wondering what i need for this one. i have avast anti-virus, vista seems to have come with windows defender witch from what i can tell is on access. as for the firewall, is vista's firewall good enouph? i was using ashampoo free firewall and loved it.

basicly can anyone recomend a good list of vista security programs that are freeware.
