Hi Can anyone give me a simple summary of the Jersey SOGA? In particular the differences between UK law and theirs? We bought an item on the internet from a Jersey based company and I think they are mucking me about with the "fit for purpose" and "reasonable time" aspects.... Searching on the internet gives me lots of Legalese which I can't understand. many thanks for your help. Kath99
