Could it be my (brand spanking new) laptop, as even though 60% of the time I can access the internet through wireless, when it inexplicably stops working it goes through periods where my laptop can connect to the network, but not the internet, and sometimes cannot even detect the router. I don't want to send a working piece of kit back only to have the same problem with another one.
