In June I wanted to download something which I really wanted to see from Rome from a link I got " Media player Connectivity" ever since I have had problems downloading WMP. When ever I try to run WMP I get this message in a small box "An internal application error has occurred". When I try and watch BBC News clips on the net I get up a black box which is connected to this Media Player Connectivity so I have click onto x on the top right hand corner of the black box to get rid of it and to run Real Player.
I have tried to download songs onto my mp3 player today but I get the " An internal appication error has occurred" after the CD has tried to get to WMP music site.
