seller trying to get me to agree to withdraw feedback by giving me negative feedback

I didn't receive a CD but got a full refund so left neutral feedback stating that I didn't receive and received a full refund was given the seller then left negative feedback for me about me leaving them Neutral feedback but they only put N- feedback in the response to make it look like I left negative feedback
They posted this about a week ago, I haven't been on ebay for about 2 weeks, then today an email arrives in my inbox asking if I will consent to removal of the feedback. I know the neutral feedback didn't alter their rating but I believe either they misread the feedback or just wants to try and bump their feedback rating up by getting the neutral and negative removed, if this is what they are trying then I am not playing ball.
