Fifeflyer, I created a manual restoration point with a name and todays date to make it easy to find.
When I try to delete Microsoft NET Framework 1.1 a box comes on screen and says Windows Installer:Patch could not be opened verify the package exists and that you can access it or contact application vendor to verify it is a valid windows installer patch. On the right hand side the program has no value attached to it ie:33mb or whatever.
If I try to remove Microsoft Net Framework Hotfix KB886903.Something flashes on screen very quickly but disappears and the program looks the same as before trying to delete it.
