Thank You Fifeflyer, I'm going to study your reply(I'm a bit slow :-)and make certain I have it all clear in my mind.
You know what...I do have an HP printer, which I have had for over a year, why that has caused this or it happened now after removing only what I believe to be that faulty download from microsoft...who knows. A fatal execution engine sounded pretty serious... And thank you for giving me an option to ask further questions which fingers crossed will be un-necessary.
Thought I wasn't going to be able to get back to thank you as its taken 3 attempts to log on to the forum.
Things do seem to go wrong in three's so they say.
