HPQTHB08. Exe refers to HP Image Zone and is used to improve the time it takes to load. It's not really needed so try disabling it.
Click on start > run > type in msconfig > OK. When the system configuration box appears click on the "start up " tab and you should see an entry relating to HPQTHB08. Remove the tick from the box beside it and click on apply > close.You will then be asked to restart your PC for the changes to take effect.
