Thanks for the reply,
Active Virus Shield is an AOL product.... although I don't know where I got it!
I checked Spybot, but there were no check marks on the IE control panel locks.
I am rerunning the Active Virus Shield now... as soon as the results are in I will post the threats and their locations.
