Thanks. I have got mine sorted anyway. Phoned up again yesterday afternoon and spoke to a nice lady. It seems that my mms facility had been disabled for some reason. Whilst I was on hold a new lot of settings came through to my phone and it worked after that.
My husbands is still not working though. Whenever he phones, he always gets some doughnut who doesn't understand what the problem is.
Both of us have gone from Payg to contract and took our numbers with us, so this seems to have happened in the transition.
