Adding URL to Directory

Recently I have been adding my URL to some Directory's.
For the Title I write it as: Mount Everest The British Story . Nearly all the directory's except that as my title but some reject it and say the following:
'Title is not unique in the parent category'
Can someone please let me know what that means? Ta!
