I think thats this issue On Start up its shows 2 Xp home start links up Both work And I've not noticed which way they are routed

Needs more investigation on How the BIOS setting Are configured

Supplementary question How do I know which is which when I get down there?

Sounds like the "which wire on the Bomb" to make it safe? routine
