Power DVD help
      Sun Aug 19 2007 03:04 AM

Had powerDVD 5.0 preinstalled on computer, had a look at Cyberlinks website today and thought I was able to upgrade free of charge to version 7.0. After downloading and opening program I realise its a 30 day trial and I have to pay to upgrade so uninstalled and realised I've lost version 5.0 as well, was wondering if windows media player 11 was adequate to play DVD's instead of powerDVD, I've also down loaded K-lite codec pack, dont know if I need this but after reading some of the threads thought it might be a good idea, dont really want to spend a wad of cash on this so some help would be appreciated.
