Answering your question CCleaner is always set to Ignore Cookies (box unticked) Keep search history too
The Main issue occured again but I got the old standby out "Regedit" and Its Gone forever
What happened was Zango mounts itsself in the Registry and shows on the Startup list as being in the Program files folder Yet the Program has been removed...and the entry still insists its still running So I typed Regedit and ran a Search for Zango and Yes there are 2 Files to go (deleted them) checked the Startup list again no Zango & no Blank line entry
Next I run CCleaner again On Both the Cleaner and Registry Cleaner/Issues (Seems to be digging more out on the Registry side) Did a reset. Starts up ...No SYS 32 folder...Status Quo restored!!
