I hope someone can help me. I want to sign up to BB with Tiscali (or is this a mistake?) from having dial-up with Clara. Clara say that it takes 30 days to effect a cancellation from them, and Tiscali's FAQ board states that to get their BB service you should allow 14 days for delivery of the hardware/software and it then takes 15 days to get you set up?
Is there a quicker way to get moved from dial-up to BB? Tiscali have already informed me that it isn't possible to switch from Clara dial-up to Tiscali BB because you can't get a MAC (I know what that is) from dial-up. Any help anyone?
