Hello All, I'm looking for some kind person to hold my hand, please. After months of being connected to Broadband via a USB modem (Speedtouch 330), I am biting the bullet and buying a router with an Ethernet connection. I know it will have instructions, and there are also guidelines on Tiscali's Help page, but when it comes to the connection I am using now, it just says to unplug the modem and put it in a drawer. Now I would have thought that the modem drivers and all current dial-up options should be removed. Is this correct? And, if so, do I delete all of this information before or after installing the new Router? Thank you for your help, Maggie
