Retrieving Frontpage Data

Nightmare, following a mistaken format of my hard drive I have lost all my files, I wish to retrieve all the pages on my website back to my computer from the server because the pages I have backed up are a month or so old and not the current ones on my web site, could someone assist me please on how to complete this task. Many thanks in anticipation
