Hi Bob The answer is you have the Auto start switched on ...I Install the AOL program frequently and make sure this is turned Off (The AOL Companion is useless too) So let's kill the 2 birds with 1 stone OK? 1 ) Find the Square AOL Connection by the Clock click on it to bring up a menu 2) Find Auto start Options... click on this 3) Next window Change the Setting to Don't use Auto start options and untick the AOL Companion tick box as well 4) Press OK to Save the setting (and close the box)
How's that? Time to do job seconds Only way I have a restart is if the connection goes down (I think is only with Broadband this works?)On the Autofix Wizard list (separate download) Go to Key word AUTOFIX The Computer Checkup Program is also very helpful Download link is on the same page
