'most frequently used programs list' on start menu missing

I've recently used ncleaner on my pc to get rid of any junk etc and to generally give my system and good clean. All seemed fine however when I've got rid of the junk and cleaned and repaired the registry my 'most frequently used programs list' on the start menu has disappeared, ooooooooops. I know I should've backed it up and am sure this has something to do with the problem, but I really don't have a clue of how to get it back, any ideas please
