If it was me, I'd either go to Microsoft/Windows Update and download it from there or use FifeFlyer's link. I think you'd have noticed if IE7 had been downloaded by Automatic Updates, as you had to agree to install it - that part wasn't automatic. Also, if Windows Internet Explorer 7 doesn't show up in Add or Remove Programs, you haven't got it. If you decide to get IE7, you may get error messages due to the incompatibility of the BT browser with IE7, but they can be fixed, I've seen them on here. It's over 2 years since I used the BT browser, so I'm a bit hazy about it, but I remember that when I used the dial-up box, I could set the connection to open in IE. I expect there is a similar option if you're a broadband user.
