I am sick and tired of complaining to BT about the poor performance of my broadband.
Although I am paying for 2Mb my speed today using the BT speed tester is 150kbits.
I wa also intrigued to read that my connection is configued at 152 kbits - whatever that means.

i did fax the BT chairmans and withing twp hours my speed increased to 1.8Mb - for three days

The service is disgraceful - and I worked for BT for 40 year s
