Thanks for the tip, Mouse. I've saved your post to a Notepad so that I can print it before I go to my friend's house. I'll never remember it all otherwise! I've also made a note of the URLs for both Free Download Manager and FlashGot for the same reason. I especially like the part about virus auto-checking, I think I might change to FDM myself! I'm thinking it might be best to get my friend to dump Fresh and change to FDM anyway, she can be a bit lax about security checks, despite my nagging! I'll update you about what we do later in the week. Thanks again for all your help, it's much appreciated. By the way, when I said in my previous post that I had FlashGot for some time, I meant to say that I've had FlashGot for some time, I haven't uninstalled it or anything like that, it's still there!
