Well I have my RSS on my website but one porblem, the news at the time of the installation appears on my page but never updates??

I use IE7 and Windows XP, even refreshing the page does not work????

I used www.feedroll.com, very easy to use but I can't find out how to make the headlines update on my site

Can anyone help please.
