Thanks for your reply. I'll go and see her and see if we can get it sorted over the weekend. I don't think she has RegSupreme, but we can download it. If we can't get Fresh Download sorted fairly easily, I'll suggest she gets Free Download Manager. Does it work well with both IE7 and Firefox? I think she's got FF2.0, but I'm not sure.
