Restart your computer, and then delete all files in Fresh Download folder. Fresh Download only keeps its files in that folder.
Run RegSupreme after rebooting search for any files releating to Fresh and or FreshDownload.
If your friend wants to stick with the software then reinstall and hopefully this will do the job, if not then remove as above and try an alternate like Free Download Manager, ignore the red warning from McAfee. McAfee / SiteAdvisor was asked to change the warning to green 8 months ago as the red warnings relate to linked sites, not FDM
