Access Violation error
      Fri Feb 09 2007 05:23 AM

My neighbour has been using Fresh Download Manager and recently she started getting the following error message:
"Access violation at address 00404F90 in module 'fd.exe', write of address 00000080"
What does it mean and what can she do about it? The error message replicates itself all over the screen accompanied by a warning noise; it's quite alarming! We've tried uninstalling it and everything we can find about it, downloading the latest version and reinstalling it, but the same thing happens.
She's tried contacting Fresh Devices a couple of times, but has had no response. I've tried searching, but have been unable to find a definitive answer.
I feel a bit guilty about her problem as I suggested that she used this program as it's always worked well for me.
Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, please move it if necessary!

Madeline.
