We are having problems with viewing a lot of our channels (we have the complete viewing package but not HD or Sky+) We keep getting messages on screen saying things like 'There is a tecnical fault with this channel' or 'No satelite signal being recieved' it doesn't happen to all channels but is usually more than 50% of our channels at any given time!!! Is our box dying? Is there a problem with the dish? Or is it a known/current problem with sky?
Please help, I would sooo grateful. Thanks Catherine
