mp3 recovery

I was wondering if anybody out there knew how to recovery mp3 files that have been deleted from the recycle bin a month ago.I used CCleaner afterwards. Also i burned a dvd which has 25 albums on it. the first 5 albums are ok, but the others show errors and can't be read on any of our computers or dvd players. the dvd i used was a phillips RW
any suggestions????
