Hi PCF

I've had a look around, and the soundchip for your MOBO is the Avance Logic Inc AC'97 (These are the drivers on the ASUS website). However, the newest drivers were released by "Realtek" and no longer Avance The newest driver I can find is HERE. Funnily enough, this is exactly the same driver I installed on my re-built system last Friday! It worked perfectly for me, hope you get some joy too.
